Coming from different backgrounds of the hair industry, each with their own unique specialty they were hand-picked due to their extensive experience, outstanding skill, relentless creativity and dedication to their craft. Whether you’re wondering which stylist to book your next appointment with, who does the best balayage or which of us is behind our Instagram account, we’re here to formally introduce you!

Our Team
Bella: she/her
Bella is a Stylist and started training in 2018 in London, with over 2 years shop floor experience she is confident in a range of different colouring techniques, specialising in creative colours, layered cuts, and relaxing styling for those beachy waves.
Ollie: he/him
Our stylist Ollie started his training in 2018 at Sassoon Academy. His knowledge of natural texture and love for undone, long or short layered looks extends into his work daily. When it comes to the finish, diffusing with natural curls/waves or swishy bouncy blowdries are a favourite!
Sian: she/her
Sian is a Top Stylist at Strand & Lock, she is inspired by the city she lives in and enjoys working with clients to create unique looks from blunt bobs, dark dyes to long rainbow locks with undercuts. She enjoys working with vibrant colours to create styles that turn heads, in and out of the office. With 5+ years of experience Sian can create a relaxed environment for her clients and looks forward to making you look and feel your best.
Will: he/him
Having a career as a hairstylist for over 20 years Will’s experience covers a wide range of methods of hair colouring techniques and has a passion for cutting and styling medium to short hair. Priding himself on his attention to detail, Will likes to work with his clients to find the best style to suit them and will always take the time to go through a consultation to ensure that you both have a strong understanding of the desired finished look resulting in a happy customer and a happy stylist relationship.
Edwin: he/him
A Sassoon trained cutter, a master of texture changing and a colour specialist, Edwin can pretty much do anything and everything. He has been in the industry for 15 years and has catered to clients looking for transformations and has created classic timeless looks. Whether you are looking for a balayage, face framing, corrective work, Brazilian blow-drys or a perm, with his natural creativity he delivers impeccable hair in minimal time for the modern busy woman.
Melitta: she/her
From Italy, I moved to London 4 years ago and in 2021 I approached hairdressing, starting my training and discovering how much I love doing hair and making clients feel sexy and confident.
Blondes, bobs and layered haircuts are my go to and my goal is to be a colour specialist.
Rianne: she/her
With 12 years of experience, Rianne specialises in precision cuts, balayage, bouncy blow dries, textured hair and waves for days! She has worked on editorial shoots, fashion films, Fashion Week and many more. She is an educator and has
phenomenal passion for education – take a seat in her chair and she promises to make you leave feeling expensive and relaxed!
Charlie: He/Him
Our junior Charlie has already completed his level 2 barbering and is currently working towards his level 2 in hairdressing.
